A Donor Advised Fund is a charitable giving account that enables you to easily and efficiently support all of your favorite charities.

Establishing a fund can be quick and easy. You can do it in person, by phone (913-327-8245) or online. Use the form below to provide the basics to set up a fund and we will be in touch to complete your fund agreement.

What would you like to name your fund? Grant checks issued from Foundation funds to a nonprofit organization typically include the fund name, so if anonymity is preferable, do not include identifying information in the fund name.

Is there anyone other than yourself who would advise the distributions from this fund? If so, please list the advisors below. More advisors may be added when you complete your fund agreement, or at any future date.

Upon your death and the death of your current advisors, who would then advise your fund? You may select a person or persons who are one generation younger than you. (Often successor advisors are adult children.) Additional successor advisors may be added when you complete your fund agreement, or at any future date.
