Parking Lot Lunch: Words that Work! Exclusive Webinar with Dr. Russell James

Words matter. And in this webinar conducted solely for the Jewish Community Foundation’s Parking Lot Lunch, you will learn the words that work in major and planned giving fundraising. Dr. James begins with an overview of the neurological processes that drive charitable decision-making and further explains how these processes link to survey results on optimum word choice. You will learn practical, scientifically-based approaches to help increase your effectiveness in communicating about legacy giving. An opportunity for Q & A with Dr. James will follow his presentation.
A complimentary Kosher lunch, featuring sandwiches from Meshuggah Bagels, will be provided beginning at 11:30 am. Please place your sandwich order when making your reservation.
Russell James, J.D., Ph.D., CFP®, is Professor & CH Foundation Chair in Personal Financial Planning and Director of Graduate Studies in Charitable Planning at Texas Tech University. He is also author of several books, including Visual Planned Giving and Inside the Mind of the Bequest Donor.
The lunch and webinar are generously underwritten by the Sam and Lucy Gould JCF Program Fund.
